I was so nervous going into this sale. Tawna was so communicative every step of the way and constantly reassuring us. She was always available for our million questions and willing to work with any request and need. I have such a hard time relinquishing control and she would suggest/direct and then make sure I knew that I still had the final say. She was impressively knowledgeable and advised us so expertly through offers and working with buyers it was actually a really exciting and enjoyable experience. We really needed this to go smoothly and not only was it that, but simply utterly flawless. We are beyond Tawna’s biggest fans and would recommend her to everyone and anyone buying or selling.
